Easy Almond and Cassava Tortillas

  • cups water
  • ¼ cup neutral vegetable oil
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup cassava flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • tsp granulated garlic
  • cooking spray or oil for pan


  • add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on low until smooth
  • pre heat the large iron skillet over medium heat (make sure to pre heat thoroughly so the first patch wont be too light)
