  • 3/4 cup raw cashews
  • 3/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup raw walnut halves
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots
  • salt
  • 1/4 cup banana chips

  • Toss the nut mixture with pinch of salt and spread them out on a baking sheet.
  • In a preheated oven (350°F) bake for about 10 minutes. It's good to stir them after about 5 minutes. They should start to get a slight golden tinge.
  • Let the nut mixture cool completely before mixing them with the dried fruits.
  • While waiting for the nuts to cool I'd suggest dicing the dried apricots in to quarter pieces. Otherwise they can be a bit overpowering.
