Roasted Pepper Tapenade

  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 jar of roasted peppers , drained
  • ½ cup sun dried tomato
  • 2 tbsp green pimento-stuffed olives , drained
  • ½ tbsp thyme
  • ½ tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Place garlic into the blender and pulse for a few seconds.
  • Now add the rest of the ingredients and pulse the blender again.
  • After everything is combined place in the fridge for 10 to 15 mins to let the flavors mix together


This will keep in a closed jar in the fridge.
