Sausage and Potato Foil Dinner

  • 6 sausages, chopped
  • 8 red potates ,chopped
  • 2 large carrots , peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning


  • cut up baby potatoes into halves and boil them for 5 to 10 mins
  • now cut up the onion , celery and carrots and add to a skillets with oil olive and just soften them
  • add salt and pepper for taste in the veggie mixture
  • now return the potatoes to the same skillet and add parsley and mix all the vegetables together for another 10 mins or so or until the carrots and celery are soft enough
  • now add the sausage to another skillet and cook until they are mostly cook through
  • now you can add the corn and green beans with the rest of the veggies and sausage to the tinfoil package along with garlic butter sauce and cajun seasoning
  • now with the tinfoil package all wrapped up cook for just about 25 minutes
