for the crumble

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp  cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup butter,melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 large granny smith apples , peeled and chopped

for the cake

  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

for the glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugr
  • 1-2 tbsp apple cider (non – achololic )
  • 1-2 tbsp milk
  • pinch of salt
